  • Current ad hoc onsite services hourly rate is $165 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. A callout fee of $66 also applies. (callout fee waived for project works and local customers)
  • Ad hoc phone and remote support is $165 per hour per incident with a minimum of 1 hour.
  • The after hours rate is 1.5 times the current hourly fee stated above. This is applicable outside of business hours (9am to 5pm, weekdays) or your chosen plan support hours.
  • Ad hoc or non SLA plan (Starter and Bronze) customers have a next business day onsite response time.
  • An ad hoc emergency callout fee of $275 applies for critical, same day requests. This also applies to the Starter and Bronze plans above.
  • Our in-house workshop rate in our repair centre is $143 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour.
